Noir Vampire

The structure of the hair, eyes, and basic body shape of the face were done well. For proportionally, you did well. I really, really like the eyes. That's the best feature about this picture.
However, the black mark you drew streaming down his face bugs me a bit. I'm sure it's supposed to be some kind of birthmark or something, but it looks more like blood or some kind of liquid leaking from his head and down through his mouth. For all I know he could be swallowing it. The shading of it makes it look more so-I think if the mark was simple with no light texturing added to the mix it would look more like a mark. And if you shortened it, or still kept it from the chin up and head down but separated it a few inches from the mouth it wouldn't look so much like he's swallowing it.
The roses you have above him, I'm sure that's a background effect you had for the picture. But for a small piece like this the roses don't do much. It looks more like his hair is highlighted in the shape of the roses. If you drew more of this vampire the roses would look great behind him as part of a mesh background.
The last thing I'd change are the eyebrows. Just too small is all, they are thick enough but just need to be longer to go better with the eyes.
I don't mean to rip on your art, because yes I'm not a perfect artist either. I'm just trying to help. I do like this-you did a good job on it!
